What is the cost of a Locals Card?
The Locals Card is available for a fee of $6 tax included.
How long is the current Locals Card valid for?
The card is valid from March 20th, 2011 until April 1st, 2012.

Why do I need to provide contact details?
When signing up for a Locals Card you will be asked to provide some personal contact details. Please provide all of the requested details in order for us to serve you to the best of our abilities.
Will my contact details be shared? Are my contact details safe?
Your contact details will be securely stored in Kimberley Promotions´ database and will be used to communicate Locals Card information and promotions. We will not share your contact details with third parties without requesting permission first.
Where can I use my Locals Card?
Your Locals Card can be used at all participating Locals Card businesses. Please click on "PARTICIPATING BUSINESS" in the menu above to see the most up to date list of participating Locals Card businesses.
My Locals Card has broken. Can I get a new one?
Yes. Please bring your broken card to Black Bear Books & Video and you will be able to sign up for a new card free of charge. You will therefore receive a new Locals Card number as well.
I lost my Locals Card. What am I supposed to do?
Unfortunately we can't cancel lost or stolen Locals Cards. You will need to purchase a new card at one of our sales locations. You will therefore receive a new Locals Card number as well.
